While Property Classifieds makes every effort to supply fresh, relevant, genuine leads, we make no representations or guarantees as to the volume, quality or resulting business that may or may not occur as a result of any leads provided.

Monthly Subscriptions:
Notification of cancellation of Subscriptions must be in writing.
30 Days notice is required in order to facilitate timeous Debit Order Cancellation.
A Service Fee of R25.00 Incl. VAT will be charged for all returned/unpaid debits.

12 Month/Annual Subscriptions:
No refunds will be issued on 12 Month/Annual Subscription cancellations.

Property Classifieds may on notice to you and at its discretion terminate your access to all or part of http://www.propertyclassifieds.co.za without the need to provide reasons.

No refund of monies will be granted unless termination of service/access is initated by Property Classifieds. All monies received in advance for subscriptions, advertising or any other product or service offered by Property Classifieds are strictly non-refundable.
