Your property, whether For Sale or To Let will be listed on the Property Classifieds Website for as long as you wish the listing to be advertised. Your property''s details aswell as your contact details will be displayed and potential buyer and tenants will be able to contact you directly..
Please remember to notify us when the property is sold or let. (Or if you wish to have the listing removed.)
Please note that Free Private Advertisers can only advertise 1 (one) property at a time.
Your property will be listed within 24 working hours of registering.
Free Private Advertisers are not able to upload images to their listings.
Upgrading your account will enable you to list upto 2 listings, upload unlimited colour images/photos and receive your own personal login details that enable you to login and modify your listings as and when you please.
NB: You need to register under 'Estate Agents and Accommodation Providers'' below if you provide any sort of non-long term accommodation. (B&B, Guesthouse, Self Catering etc.)

Property Classifieds makes use of several online and offline marketing channels to bring exposure and traffic to the Property Classifieds Website and as a result to you, it's Subscribers.
- Advertising in various Newspapers, Magazines and other property related publications.
- Search Engine Affiliation and Optimisation (SEO), Targetted Pay per Click (PPC) Advertising, Strategic online partnerships and sponsorships.
Potential Buyers and Tenants are able to search our property listing database for what they are looking for via our powerful search interface and contact the Listing Agebt(s) directly.
In addition to direct leads and exposure that Subscribers receive from our website, property listing database and other mediums, Property Classifieds also gathers fresh Sales and Rental Leads from throughout SA through various media channels. (Online, print media, telephone etc.)
Leads, whether generated by walk ins, telephone, referrals or any other means, form an integral part of any business. Without (relevant) leads, no service based business can operate sucessfully.
It is with this in mind, that we offer our Subscribers fresh, relevant, targetted leads through our Lead Management System. (LMS)
Subscribers are able to receive 2 Types of Leads via the Lead Management System: (LMS)
These are enquiries made by parties who wish to be contacted regarding a specific listing(s) on the Property Classifieds Website. (Sales or Rentals.)
Listing Enquiries are only sent to the relevant Listing Agent. ie: Exclusive leads.
Subscribers are notified of Listing Enquiries via email as soon as the enquiry is made.
We strongly suggest that you list as many listings as possible in order to maximise exclusive Listing Enquiry Leads.
These are General Enquiries made by individuals/parties who are looking to Buy, Rent, Sell or Let property in a specific area(s) and would like agents who are able to assist them with their requirements to contact them in that regard.
Please ensure that your Area(s) of Operation are up-to-date in order to maximise General Enquiry Leads.
* All leads generated by Property Classifieds are made available to relevant Sales and Rental Agents registered with us via our Lead Management System. (LMS)
* Leads are assigned by Lead Type (Sale or Rental.) and Province/Area(s) of Operation.
* Leads are assigned to relevant Property Classifieds Subscribers.
* All leads are scanned (and verified if necessary) for quality and relevance by Property Classifieds staff.
* All leads are gathered from individuals/parties who have requested to be contacted regarding their enquiries.
* All leads provide atleast one mode of contact. (Home Tel, Work Tel, Mobile or Email.)
* Leads are processed and assigned ASAP to ensure that you receive fresh leads.
* If a lead's quality is questionable, we will not process the lead until it has been verified.
NB: Leads via the Lead Referral System (LRS) are exclusive to Property Classifieds Subscribers and are not available to any other parties.
Our Lead Management System (LMS) allows our subcribers to view, manage and follow up relevant leads quickly and easily.

Full Subscribers receive Full Lead Details as part of their Full Subscription .
Free Subscribers receive partial lead details and have the choice of purchasing Full Lead Details that meet their client/stock requirements or to upgrade their account to Full Subscriber Status and receive Full Lead Contact Details for all relevant leads.

(Including 3 Months Free Full Subscription simply for signing up for 12 months, full lead information, unlimited listings, loyalty rewards and more...)

• Automatically become a member of the Property Classifieds Loyalty Programme.
• Receive Referral Rewards for referring friends and colleagues.
• Receive additional Loyalty Rewards for renewing your Subscription with us.
• Are able to list an unlimited number of listings on Property Classifieds website.

Once your account is registered and approved, your listings will be listed as soon as you create them.
You can upload and remove as many photo's as you like with our easy to use Content Management System.
Once you have registered, you will receive basic instructions explaining how to use the Content Management System. Should you have any problems using the system, we have consultants on hand via both email and telephone to help you with any queries you might have.
Eg: If you, as a Free Subscriber, refer 3 friends/colleagues who signup as Full Subscribers, when you upgrade your subscription to Full Subscriber Status, you will receive an additional 3 Months Full Subscription for your referrals aswell as all of the added features and benefits that Property Classifieds has to offer you. (3 Months Full Subscription for the 3 referalls and an additional 3 Months Full subscription for every 3 referrals thereafter.)
Full Subscribers automatically qualify for Referral and Renewal Rewards when they sign up.
